Volcanic soil, cool mountain air, and consistent cloud cover create ideal growing conditions for coffees with clarity, sweetness, and layered complexity.

This lot was produced by smallholder farmers throughout the Boquete region and consists primarily of Caturra and Typica varieties grown between 1,350 and 1,500 meters above sea level. The coffee cherries went through the washed process and patio dried at origin, helping preserve its clean structure and vibrant cup profile.

We create unique roast profiles designed to unlock each coffee’s distinctive natural character. For this Boquete offering roasted medium, highlights both sweetness and brightness, bringing together rich nutty depth with a lively citrus finish.
